Refunds & Returns Policy

1. Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your delivery, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • ​Personal care and beauty products (if opened).
  • ​Customized Jewelry (unless received damaged).
  • ​Items on Sale/Clearance.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, contact us at support@goodsloot.com.

5. Shipping Returns

To return your product, please contact our support team for the return address. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
